And before anyone gets any ideas:
This thread will contain monitoring the visit related posts only.
This is the only warning. The first time I see a politically related post
I will delete the posts and lock the thread.
I don't care if you are left, right, up or down it has no place in this thread.
If you wanna talk Politics we have a forum for that:
Politics - The RadioReference.com Forums
Thanks for your cooperation.
Now back to your regularly scheduled thread.

Here is my POTUS monitoring setup for today:

From left to right: XTS 5000 monitoring analog VIPER Statewide Event Talkgroups, Uniden BCD536HP monitoring various local and Fed talkgroups/frequencies, Uniden BCD436HP monitoring various Durham frequencies, XTS 5000 monitoring Durham city Radio system related TGIDs. Don't think I will miss too much today.

I have only monitored radio traffic so far on the analog statewide event TGIDs.
I do hope others share what they have heard on VHF/UHF and 800.

I have VIPER handled. Just please let us know later what VHF/UHF fed action you came across clear or encrypted.
Thanks!

Thanks for the pic of the radios, Marshall.

Gives me a better idea of how big the 436 is next to a 5K....

Back on topic now... I drove over to RDU from Burlington and watched Air Force One land, the observation deck was packed.

Can't wait to get my 436!
