Coast Guard Helo Freqs

I noticed that the Coast Guard operates out of Elizabeth City. Does anyone have any good freqs for the helos?

5696 kHz and 8983 kHz, the former is mainly night and the latter day, but
hear stuff between the helos and CAMSLANT Chesapeake on either at any
time. Both are USB.
