Hopewell PD Question

Can anyone tell what kind of scanner I need to receive hopewell pd I have an BC796d I was told I cant receive hopewell on it

Is this Hopewell in Rutherford County? Never heard of them having a PD, they probably operate on the Sherrif channels/dispatched by them.

Just joined recently and saw this. Sure you've found out by now but there's no Hopewell in Rutherford Co.
