High Point digital?

Any of you out there know if High Point is digital? Last night I heard a private call between a High Point Fire Captain and Fire Marshal that was P25 digital. Everything else I pick up is trunked analog.

Previously the only digital comms I had heard had been fire dept I-calls, however today TG #41616 was active with digital traffic.

Ok that's the same thing I heard. I guess they must be slowly going to digital.
