I am not an operator, so I am ignorant to this technology. I am an ADVOCATE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS and I am hoping to find some patriotic Americans that can help scan for audio/visual frequency bands being used by criminal elements involved in DOMESTIC TERRORISM. This is an honest effort to save lives of many innocent victims of cybercrimes in our country. Information about who to go to for a scanner or similar knowledge base. I don't know if it is UHF, VHF, or the old channels that were dropped by FCC, but the latter makes the most sense. What I do know is that I pick up a very faint signal at 6:20 on the AM Radio Band, more clearly at the base of a commercial antenna at Jakes Corner, Arizona. Please help me save some lives. If you want to know more about what I am doing, message me on Facebook and I will invite you to my site on this subject.

Thank you in advance for your help.

ANY noise on ANY AM radio is a 100% confirmation of alien terrorist transmissions. They are most active during bad weather (because folks are generally more distracted then and less likely to notice); you can intercept many alien comms during thunderstorms...

I'll bite. (I'm sure I'll regret it)

620 AM is not a "visual" frequency, it has nothing to do with television signals. It is still a very active part of the AM bands. AM broadcast signals carry very well, better at night. Here in Boston, the local talk shows on 1030 Khz gets calls from as far away as the Dakotas.

First, here are the licenses for low power "motorist aid" type frequencies

1 WPAC340 ST BERNARD, PARISH OF 0005784509 PW Expired 07/22/2002
2 WPBY639 SANTA ANA, CITY OF, CA 0001527423 PW Canceled 06/24/2014
3 WPET710 CALIFORNIA, STATE OF 0001724541 PW Active 12/23/2023
4 WPEV776 LOS ANGELES, CITY OF PW Expired 05/26/2004
5 WPFK505 CALIFORNIA, STATE OF 0001724541 PW Active 04/18/2015
6 WPFS414 INGLEWOOD, CITY OF 0001528009 PW Active 10/06/2014
7 WPGR273 CALIFORNIA, STATE OF 0001724541 PW Active 02/26/2015
8 WPGR279 CALIFORNIA, STATE OF 0001724541 PW Active 02/26/2015
9 WPGU883 CORPUS CHRISTI, CITY OF 0001671015 PW Canceled 03/23/2005

Second, here is a list of stations using 620 Khz. My guess is KTAR in Phoenix, but given the propagation characteristics of AM, you could be getting a signal from anywhere, including countries to the south of the United States.

That explains why my store brand cling wrap was not blocking the signals, I needed Saran Wrap.

Not for nothing, but the OP is for real, not a troll!.
Just Google his name. He believes he is being targeted (by the gummint, or aliens, I'm not entirely sure) using implanted chips that are energized via RF from (satellites, wifi, I'm not really sure, once again).
Everybody needs a hobby, I reckon...
