MERCER CO Sheriffs deputies are on the scene of a SWAT Call. Subject has barricaded himself in the house on SR 118. Subject is a 33 y/o male who claims to be a Veteran and have several weapons and the ability to shoot to 400yrds. Incident has been on going since about 1714. Live on feed below.
