I will be going through OHIO next week, Cinn, Dayton, Lima, and into Toledo
I would like to program the OHP into my scanner (uniden 396T) what
should I use for the setup i.e. conventional, motorola standard 800 or Apco 25
I have the freq from RR just need to know the setup I should use
this radio is new to me so any advice is helpful.

You might try some of the Yahoo groups, I know that several of them for the Radio Shack Gre scanners exist and have files to be downloaded. Hopefully you can find a file for your trip. Good Luck and Good Scannin................Hoser

MARCS is a Motorola Type II 800 MHz system (800 MHz Standard on a 396), it is NOT programmed as P25.

And, Ohio MARCS is pre-programmed in to the 396 from the factory.
