I've been told and have been waiting for Clinton County to recieve thier new freq., I understand that some of the radios have been switched and that the portables are broadcasting on both old and new channels..I was told to contact WS electronics in Xenia and he informed me to take the old freq. and drop it 15 mega hertz,.. not being to saavy on these such things what would the new freq be if the first # is 866.23750 ?..
