Clark Co - Unknown Radio Traffic.

I was listening about 9:12 pm and heard a "unit" call in to dispatch. Figured it was the sheriff , then I turned to see it was not. I have no Idea if it is a Township PD or somthing in another county. I checked Clark Co. database and it was not on there.
