I need help fellas! Can anyone give me detailed instructions on how to program Wright Patterson's VHF/UHF system into my scanner. The only thing that I am having problems with is the LO channel Hi channel in the TSYS expert menu. I have the base frw, offset and spacing in there fine it seems to be tracking the system but I'm not hearing any radio traffic and it's a fairly busy system. Thanks for any help!!

Lo Channel: 380
Hi Channel: 759
Offset: 380
Base: 406.3500
Step: 12.500 kHz
