Not sure if this is new news or maybe this was just the first time I heard it but today at aprox. 0930 I heard a 'net' on TG 53952 where the control operator identified himself as someone from the Cuyahoga County Service Directors Commission.
The funny thing was that they control op. must have not checked the TG his radio was set to because he actually started the net on the Turnpike West TG by accident. OPS did not acknowledge the traffic ;-)
