Need to find someone to reprogram my Trunktracker 2. Someone previously suggested Universal Radio in Cols Ohio, but they won't do it. WOuld like to find someone in Central Ohio to help me with this problem. Would appreciate anyones input

That depends on what you want to listen to, and what exactly is in your area, and the scanning capability of your scanner (make/model).

I live in Muskingum county Ohio. While the Zanesville police dept and fire dept are still on their old conventional systems, the ohio state patrol (post 60) and the Muskingum County Sheriff are on the statewide trunked MARCS system with digital voice. So to hear the MARCS system you need a trunking scanner with digital capability since the voice isn't analog.
