Preble County on MARCS?
I've been observing a new TGID on MARCS 36416 off of the Dayton and West Alexandria tower sites. Yesterday, traffic was sporadic starting mid morning, nil heard through most of the afternoon. It picked up quite a bit overnight though. This appears to be an agency in Preble County, possibly a TAC for the Sheriff's Office, as the light traffic doesn't seem to make it a dispatch channel. RID for the base unit is 2080 and lots of mentions of 68-### units used by Preble County. Base unit sounds like the SO Dispatcher heard on 155.6100. We will need further monitoring/observation from members in or near to those tower sites. The College Corner site is also a good possibility for traffic.

Dispatch RID is 2080. Most of these may be low in number.
We discovered a few months back they are using radios formerly belonging to the ODNR that were not being used.

Mark,
Dispatch RID is definitely 2080; however, it seems as though this RID "hangs" while conversation is taking place between two units that MAY NOT have the 800 radio installed.... otherwise, it appears that for the units that have true MARCS radios installed; I do not have this happen, because, I can see the true RID pop up on Unitrunker....
They do have a small block of continuous Radio ID's, along with a smattering of random ones here-and-there....
Watching (and keeping records) on who-is-who and which are ODNR affliated, since Hueston Woods is so close... I am to believe that the TRUE ODNR units are the ones that will actually have traffic on the ODNR channels, and not just affliate with the TG...
Also looks like they MAY have a second channel coming up for use... Been catching a PD unit affliating with TG 36432; but, I have not heard, nor seen any traffic. Also, not sure if this would be FIRE or POLICE in nature.... will continue to monitor....
