B&C Communications in Chillicothe can do both.

Default Illegal programming not recommended

All,

I'm going to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and assume that this thread isn't wandering down the path of illegal acquisition and/or use of programming software, especially to access radio systems the programmee has no authorization to access.

I'd like to remind everyone that the safest way to get your radios programmed is to get the proper authorization (in writing) to have a radio programmed on any given radio system or frequency, and go through an authorized service shop or radio system administrator to get the work done.

With that, I would recommend that any further discussion between certain members of this forum regarding programming of radios be taken to private message or private e-mail.

'Nuf said.

If you are authorized on your local emergency service frequency's, then make contact with the radio service shop that works on the system.

This way you know that all the information is loaded into the radios correctly.

This is not ONLY the smart way to go, BUT is also the BEST way to go.

B&C Communications in either Columbus or Chillicothe would be the place to go. Then can do Motorola, and I'm pretty sure they can do Kenwood. Alternatively, Comtech in Columbus should be able to do Kenwood.
