You need to provide us with more detail than that before we can help you.

What model of scanner are you using?
Are you in Butler County, or outside of it?
What type of antenna are you using, etc..?

Default Check the database here

All known Medical Helicopters through out the state can be found in the database here: Medical Helicopters/MICU Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

I suggest you take the time to explore the database here you will find a wealth of information on frequencies.

BRICS (Butler County P-25 system) should be programmed with just the control channel frequencies as a P-25 system type. That should bring you everything you want to listen to: Butler Regional Interoperable Communications System (BRICS) Trunking System, Hamilton, Ohio - Scanner Frequencies

Keep in mind that all of the tactical, car to car and corrections talkgroups on the system are encrypted and you will not be able to hear them. All dispatch and mutual aid talkgroups are in the clear to listen to.
