Unhappy Lucas County ? about flower hospital security frequency

Hi all,
I have a Home Patrol 1 with the extreme upgrade. Am enjoying it very much. However, I cannot for the life of me pick up Flower Hospital's Security frequency. I know i have the right freq code, have a buddy who is in security over there. Here is what I have put in

461.42500 WRR335 RM 151.4 PL FlHosp Sec/M Flower Hospital - Security/Maintenance FM Security
Now, when they hit the mike to transmit, my scanner will pick up a constant buzzing sound, but no voice. I have no clue what I am doing wrong. And I am within 5 miles of the hospital.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

According to the license, they are using MotoTRBO (emission 7K60FE) which is a digital format that no scanner currently on the market can receive by itself. There is a way to do it via scanner and software Which you can read about here. Digital Speech Decoder (software package) - The RadioReference Wiki

Thank you very much for the information I will indeed check out the link you provided and see what I can come up with. Also looks like Hollywood Casino could be running the same sort of set up.

Yes, I should have said Hollywood Casino here in Toledo. Are you able to hear them in the Columbus area? It looks like it would be complicated to know exactly what i would need to download to be able to make this work I have a Home Patrol 1, and I love it.
