Default Columbus Ohio 407.1625 MHz

Hearing fed traffic on this freq. I think it's from Rickenbacker. Its really close to me. Anyone know what this freq is I can't find it anywhere. Also it is a repeater.

Analog couldn't get a pl or dpl code ill look. It's very active.
