Default Germantown, OH law dispatch (Montgomery Co.)

Greetings - is anyone successfully monitoring police in Germantown, OH in Montgomery County? Loading conventional frequencies and trunking tgrp's found in RR I have not gotten any hits. I realize one tgrp is listed as being encrypted but I'm not even receiving any [noise] transmissions on that one. Thanks.

Germantown PD is dispatched by the Sheriff's Office now. You can hear them all the time on TGID 144 SO SOUTH on the county trunked system..
Although they are still holding VHF licenses I have not heard them there in years. We still list them here in the database, until it is confirmed they are no longer in service.

There are no encrypted talkgroups on the county system. I think you are referring to 155.700 on VHF which used to be an encrypted channel for them before they moved to 800 MHz.

Thanks Mark. Given your answer I can see where RR provides that information.
