I'll need to know what receiver you're using to attempt to help you.

They are on a trunked system. Click HERE. The Marion site is the first one listed.

You would need to enter it as a Motorola Type 2 trunked system on a digital trunking scanner which is reband compatible, such as a BCD396XT. Their talk group ID is 24304. If you have been using a non-digital scanner you will no longer be able to hear them.

I'm not familiar with the PSR-800 but you should be able to update if from the DB and you will be good to go.

You would want the 800 MHz. frequencies for MARCS.

The 700 MHz. are the MARCS-IP system, not used by Marion. This system will eventually replace the old MARCS system though.
