Cencom Phone Issues?

Anyone know if Cencom in Stark County is having issues getting 911 calls relayed from the Stark County 911 center? For the past two days, I have been hearing Starcom, which is located at the 911 call center, relaying call information to Cencom on the Countywide talkgroup (19368) after which Cencom dispatches the call to the appropriate FD.

they had a phone system malfunction and were down for several days.

Yes, there was a phone snafu with at&t. Slight correction about Starcom, they are not AT the 911 call center, they ARE the 911 call center. As well as Sheriff dispatch, Plain FD dispatch, Hartville and so on.
