Licking County Fire, EMS & LEO Dispatching

Who can tell me which system Licking county units are being dispatched and operating on? If they aren't on MARC S IP would you know the timeline? Thanks!

All law enforcement agencies except the part-time Hartford PD and (maybe) Alexandria PD are on MARCS-IP. (Hartford PD is on the old SO channel, 155.415. Alexandria might be too, but I haven't heard them in a long time, and I'm not even sure there's still a police department there at all.)

Fire departments in the eastern half of the county are still on VHF channels, and the western half (and Newark city and Heath) are on MARCS-IP.
