I don't think it's in town. I submitted that update. I heard it loud & clear from downtown Columbus in the parking lot of the Central Ohio Fire Museum

It could be in a far end of the county, to provide better radio coverage to that area. What kind of antenna are you using? That could be why you can't hear it.
