Is Bryan PD dispatched on it's own freq. or by sheriffs dept?

Under "Law Enforcement", it shows Bryan PD having their own dispatch channel.

I know, I just wanted to confirm cause a lot of the times they label is as disptach and its a tac or something. Just wanted to see if anyone knew for a fact. I am going there thats why.
