Franklin County Comm Trunking Help!

I frequent columbus and was trying to get the FCCA programmed in correctly but can't seem to do it right. I am mostly north of I-70 and east of I-71.
I am using a RS Pro95 and have been able to get other trunk stuff in cols but can't get this to work right.
Can someone atleast give me the right freqs and order if necessary.
In scanning around I do catch alot of traffic on 858.9375.

Just make sure you have the control channels programmed (859.4375, 859.4875, 860.4375, 860.4875) and the bank AND each control channel set to Motorola (MOT) mode.
