Refer to the 'failsoft usage' of the following frequencies and monitor in conventional mode. It's sounding like they may be moving users to the conventional backup repeaters, in which case the PL 103.5 is used:

Any ideas as to what happened?
I don't know...everything was fine...then all the channels started beeping ('twas very annoying, I might add) and the system went dead until dispatch got everyone on fallback channels. TPD tried to get ahold of all their officers to get them running on MDTs. Luckily it was back up in about half an hour.
