What kind of rechargeable batteries do you use?

I am using radio shacks Nickel-Metal Hydride batteries. Is there any batteries that are better to use?

I use Energizer Rechargable 2500. I keep recharging them every 2-3 days for almost a year. Still work great!

I started using Panasonic 2300mah .. they are great.
Then I bought some Energizer 2500mah .. and they are even better.
Then I bought Duracell 2650mah .. and had one go as dead as a doornail.
Most recently I bought digital concepts 1.25v 2500mah and they are working best.

I race RC cars (electric) and one of the places I buy bearings from sells some good quality 2200mHh NiMH AA's for $6.99 for 4...I use them in my RC controllers and also in my radios. Good quality for the money. http://acerracing.com/batteries.html

BTW: A good charger is key. Find one that can discharge the batts down to zero so you get a good 'matched' charge....
