what frequencie is 145.6200 used by?

What frequencie is 145.6200 used by they are rebroadcasting the shuttle coms? Can't find the person its used by.

That is a 2 meter amateur radio frequency use for simplex communications.
You were probably hearing two hams talking simplex.

It's not unusual for amateur stations to retransmit shuttle communications. In the Detroit area it can be found on 145.53 IIRC. This is permitted under FCC rules and is a common practice.

While this is in the 2m band, the freq is unusual one as there is normally 20khz spacing here with the second digit to the right of the decimal an odd number on this part of the band. Repeater outputs 145.11-145.49. Packet ops would be between 145.51-145.99. Of course there are some folks who deviate from the band plan. In any case, if there are no packet ops around then it's possible for someone to use that freq for shuttle retransmissions. You should hear a CW ID every 10 minutes while NASA Select audio is up.
