Unidentified PD Traffic

Has anyone identified the Police traffic on Nimishillen Township Fire's frequency 154.3550 with a PL of 136.5? I only hear it when conditions are ideal and even then it is quite weak and I have been unable to log any street or locality names that might help to identify the user.

If you check the repeater input and compare it with others, that might help.

From time to time, North Royalton PD in Cuyahoga County (using 159.210) will get interference from a County Fire Dpsiatch Center in Western PA. They share the same repeater input and same PL tone on that frequency.

I hear that quite often as well. It sounds like it's coming through the repeater.
