MARCS--Hey FPO703?

I sent FPO703 a private message several days ago, but not had any response, so I will pose this question publicly and hopefully we can get it figured out.

FPO703 posted last week that he entered Site 199 for MARCS, but when checking the site listings, there is no listing for Site 199.

Anybody have any info on it? or was this possibly site 139 instead of 199?

One other question.........What does it mean when an administrator "changes a system text block."

Does it mean they maybe re-named the alpha tag?

I was trying to figure out the system text block, myself. Then, I noticed that another Admin added in the SysID for the mobile site.
