They're all active at times. 161.4 is usually fairly active. I can hear traffic on it from my apartment up in Westerville.

There are a couple yards in Columbus. Buckeye Yard is Norfolk Soutnern RR so you will want to progam those frequencies. Parsons Yard is CSX RR so you will want those too. Just check in the database for those two railroads.

In addition to the yard / switching channels, try programming the road / dispatcher channels listed under Ohio railroads for CSX Huntington Division and Norfolk Southern Lake Division. You should be hearing lots of railcomms as Columbus is a major hub. There are busy yards and mainline tracks all over the area.
