Question regarding Cleveland and Toledo FD's

I have a question regarding both Fire Depts radio systems. I am from New Jersey and travel to various areas photographing fire scenes. I am planning to make trips to Cleveland and Toledo in the future and was wondering if there radio systems are monitorable with my Pro-96 scanner? Any help would be appreciated.

Toledo and Lucas County are.
Cleveland is not. There are no scanners on the market
that will monitor Cleveland's aging VSLEP system.

Thankyou very much for your reply. Too bad that no one can monitor cleveland. They seem to be a pretty busy department. Hopefully someday they will change that radio system.

Someday they will. Motorola no longer supports that type of equipment.
