Arson Investigators 401 and 403 locate two suspects possibly involved with starting the Truman School Fire. Suspects were located around 14th and Kelham Ave. at 1220. Suspects are 2 black males approx 12 and 14. Investigators called for OCPD officers and K9, plus assistance from KOCO Channel 5 Helicopter.
