Anybody know what freq transporation enforcement uses in se ok

By transportation, do you mean the size and weights division of the OHP — Troop S?

If so, they are dispatched through the main troop headquarters. Although I very, very rarely hear them. As a rule, the OHP are a pretty quite bunch. They don't even check out for traffic stops (which still amazes me).
