What am I hearing on the OKC EDACS system with 800 series talk groups? It is not fire or PD. It is other city agencies like utilities, events, etc. I don't have any of those talk groups in my BCD996T. I hear them on the Wide Area site.
Ok should have said, I know what the talk groups are, but I don't have these talk groups active, but I still hear them on the BCD996T scanner. Any ideas?

Yeah ... Lots of TGs on the OKC system. Airport stuff, Cox Convention center stuff ... Been there for years.
