Default Pirate Radio Station on the SE side of OKC?

I keep hearing some station that basically plays Alex Jones 24/7 on 102.3 FM on the south side of OKC. I get the station the strongest at about I-240 and Sooner, and I've been hearing it for almost 2 years now. The station never gives a callsign, and the only identification it does give is "Genesis Communication Network", which after looking at their website, Genesis Communications Network, is pretty much just a mirror of Alex Jones' other websites. Anyone know anything about this station?

Thanks!

You have to be pretty close to that area. It fades in and out during the day too sometimes as well

I am also hearing it. They are advertising local businesses. I will have to do a little sleuthing, you've got me intrigued.

It's a FM translator, somewhat like a repeater running 10 Watts located at 3232 W MacArthur, it is a licensed facility.

3232 W. MacArthur is an invalid address as it runs north/south.

Just stating what is in the FCC file, not my words.

What kind of an antenna would you expect to to find for this type of operation?

There is an east-west MacArthur in Shawnee, but 3232 west doesn't look promising on Google Maps. Just a residential area on the south side and empty fields on the north.

Not that either MacArthur is anywhere near I-240 and Sooner...

I went back and looked again the MacArthur address is in Santa Ana, CA, sorry about that! It is located at 35 33 21 N 97 28 31 W, antenna is at 88.7M HAAT Vertical Pol.

Go to the FCC Media Bureau do a search for Oklahoma freq 102.3, you will find it.

Looks like they filed for a CP in OKC but never built it, however there is one licensed in Chickasha with a power of 110 Watts, call sign is K272EY.

Reno and Eastern is the antenna site. 250 watts ERP which is pretty much flea power on FM broadcast. The structure the antenna is on is about 265 ft tall.

What y'all are hearing on 102.3fm is a pirate, located near the intersection of SE 89th & Sooner Road.
