Post Question about rebanding

I have a BCT15 with non rebandable FW right now

Why am I picking up MWC, Del City on Channels?

will I just not be able to pick up all the traffic or should I not even hear them?

What do you mean by "Channels"?
Do you mean Frequencies? If so, which freqs.
