Default New Primary Control Channel in effect

Noticed that 860.9375 is now the active CC for the OKC portion of OKWIN. Dont know if it's permanent.

Thanks for posting this. Would explain why I've been getting reports of no audio. I turned Check All CC's On Every Pass off a little while ago... I'll see if that fixes it. Perhaps it's related to going APCO-25 digital?

Yeah, it went back to 860 a few hours after that post. Coincidentally, OKC's core simulcast layer CC has changed too

Oklahoma City Site 1 Core Simulcast Layer switched to 852.12500 as control frequency from 851.61250.

I noticed they are testing a new talk group 961. I hear radio maintenance test 12345 54321 on T.G. 961. RR database has no reference of TG961 as of yet.

How do we identify new talk groups?

I have not heard much on Dispatch 6 T.G. 278. I have heard officers using it for a tac-like talk group. I guessed this talk group may become dispatch for a new sector for OKCPD. Can't be Bricktown because Bricktown is on TG 277 Bricktown Patrol Division.
