Does anyone in Bartlesville monitor OHP Troop L? I have heard units check out in Washington county but was wondering what site is closest to Bartlesville? I would imagine Tulsa or Vinita? They sound kinda scratchy when they do so I assume most the traffic either occurs on the Washington County SO repeater or low band? Thanks...

Most of the time for running 43/44's when their MobileCop system is down they use the local SO repeater. They do this as well in Nowata and Osage county where they don't have 800 coverage is poor. They also use local repeaters when they want to run someone for warrants locally.
