DECODING NXDN

I decode DMR with a dongle, SDR# and dsdplus with virtual cable, using a directional beam antenna. I can decode Rogers county with no problems.

I would like to use this setup to decode NXDN in Claremore. When monitoring 460.4625 Mhz and 460.0625 Mhz, the scrolling screen indicates that I am receiving NXDN96 cs data and tb voice. However, no audio is heard.

If anyone is using this setup successfully I would appreciate knowing all the settings you use in SDR# and dsdplus.

I use a Tapped BCT15X with a beam antenna and receive voice on both with no problem.

I was using a tapped radio too for DMR, but got interested in decoding without a radio. Guess I'll go back to the radio and see how that works.

I would still like to get it to work with the dongle though.

I'm too far to receive it with a dongle, but DSD works fine with my tapped scanner for Claremore NXDN.

The sensitivity must be quite a bit lower on the dongles, since it is fed from the same multicoupler as the scanner, but I don't receive anything on Claremore.
