Actually, CDN$650 isn't too bad a price for that as ARC250 is worth US$50 or so by itself. At the current exchange rate, that price is US$476, which is a little less than the current retail price of the radio... so it's a good deal for someone just across the border in the US who can go pick it up or a fellow Canadian that doesn't want to pay full price.
