Ryan,

The last message you responded to was on 6/24 saying that you were shipping this radio package on Friday. Since then you have not responded to any of my PM's or emails. So now 8 days after I PayPal'd you $1,050, I have no radio and no information that you shipped the radio. If you are out there please respond. If someone reading this knows Ryan, please get him to respond. If something has happened to Ryan I need to know.

This morning I sent a similar messages to your PayPal email address of VE7STK@gmail.com and your website address of stuck@scanbc.com (which forwarded to can016@gmail.com).

If you have sent the radio and accessories all I need to know is verifiable tracking information and I will publicly post my regret for posting this. If you have not sent the radio, please immediately Paypal me the $1,050 I sent you and I will call this deal a wash. I am giving you every possible opportunity to make good but if you have other more nefarious intentions, rest assured the appropriate actions will be taken.

I feel for you. I was burned last year from this guy: firefighter763 He listed several items for sale on this forum which I responded to.

He never sent me any of the items I paid for.

last year i made a deal to buy a cp200 from him and never got the radio. he claimed that the package was returned to him... i did not lose alot of money on the deal and took it as a lesson learned. he was the second person to burn me on the forums and as a result i will never buy through the forsale forum again.

Ryan finally contacted me late this this afternoon with an apology and provided Canada Post tracking which validates that he just today sent the package today from Richmond, BC. When the package arrives I will post the outcome.

The radio arrived missing the Impres charger and the surveillance mic. The charger that was shipped is the NTN7209A dual chemistry charger. I programmed the radio and all is well. A little cleaning and everything looks no worse for the wear.

So Ryan I would appreciate you sending the Impres charger and surveilance mic as promised. If not, and to make it easier for you, how's about sending $100 via Paypal to make up the difference? I will happily return the charger you sent me.
