Kenwood TK-2180 and TK-3180 complete setup
I'm accumulating too many radios (again) and am offering up for sale a PAIR of limited keypad Kenwood 80 series portables, TK-2180 and TK-3180 respectively. This is offered as a SET, everything below is included.
Both are in excellent physical condition, and both have F/W 1.19 which gives you MDC signaling without eating up your option board slot. Both have factory tags and are not modified, the 3180 did have it's front plastic replaced by the previous owner. The 2180 is factory and includes it's original box and packaging.
Included with this package deal are TWO KSC-32 tri chemistry rapid chargers, TWO belt clips, TWO OEM antennas (one VHF and one UHF) a total of THREE GOOD batteries, one KNB-32 NiMH OEM, an aftermarket 2700mah Energizer KNB-32 and one KNB-33L OEM lithium ion in box. You will also get TWO programming cables, one OEM serial cable (100 bucks alone) and an aftermarket USB version. Both radios have a full display and 4 button keypad. Both have no major wear or cracks, missing parts and are 9 out of 10 or better physically and 10 out of 10 electrically. Batteries all hold a good charge.
Both radios have been tuned and aligned and have no issues (battery indicators have been calibrated as well), and the bandsplits are (2180) 136-174 and (3180) 450-520 (does 440 ham just fine). These are fine radios, I just don't need them anymore as much as I'd like them, need to move them to a good home.
I am asking $600.00 for the package. Not interested in separating, this is a bargain price for all included. Price will include Priority Mail shipping with insurance and delivery confirmation to the CONUS only. Paypal is welcome from confirmed addresses as are USPS money orders. No non-USA sales sorry.
Will post some pics of the radios tomorrow. These are very clean well kept not Ebay beater junk radios with hacked parts, missing tags and screws, etc so they are priced accordingly.
NOT interested in any trades EXCEPT an XTS1500/2500 flashed for 9600baud trunking (has to be LEGIT radio with verifiable history), would need only radio, good battery or antenna. Model 1 or 1.5 fine so long as it does 9600. Otherwise not interesting in accumulating any other VHF/UHF stuff.
