I have stopped going to hamfests and I am working 3 jobs now so out all my radio’s go. These are cash prices but if you wish to make an offer please do.
I do not have time to program radios so I have made arrangements with another shop do some programming for me. He is charging $20.00 for the first 16 channels and $1.00 per channel for any after that. Programming is not included in the sale price. All portable radios are as listed and without chargers. Chargers can be bought separately that way you have a choice as to what kind, standard, rapid, or mobile. Prices do not include shipping.
Portables
Johnson Scorpion VHF 16 channel scan, bad battery but tested working a little worn lettering about 75%. $20.00

Johnson 5852 VHF 16 channel scan, bad battery. Tested and only get squelch noise. 80%. $15.00

Marconi DP240 UHF 16 channel scan, bad battery but tested working. Looks good 90% also looks like the Johnson Scorpion just green. $20.00

Motorola Saber 1 UHF 440 -470 UHF
H34SAN7139cn have 4 radios w/ antennas
No battery but tested working. Cases have most front labels gone; back labels most have in place $40.00 each.

GE MPS VHF 12 channel 136 – 150 MHz. 2 each
With new antenna and working battery, Programmed on local ham frequencies and work great. $40.00 each

GE MPA select 16 channel VHF 157 split but is programmed in 151 range now.
This radio is 95% and has a good battery. Full alphanumeric display and new antenna $70.00.

GE MTL VHF 16 channel scan 157 split but programmed in the 151 range now.
Radio is 75% and has a good battery. $50.00

GE MPD select 48 channel VHF 146 – 162 MHz. Alphanumeric display and looks 85% with a good battery and new antenna. $40.00

GE PLS VHF 16 channel 146 – 170 MHz. 5 each
Radios are all programmed to talk to each other and have working batteries. $30.00 each

GE PCS VHF 8 channel 150 – 170 MHz
Radio looks good and works well. Bad battery

Radio has a cracked case but still works. Bad battery

GE TPX pair 800 MHz 2 channel and will do conventional as well as G-mark trunking. This pair talks on simplex and has new antennas and working batteries. $40.00 pair

GE MPI II UHF 440 – 470 MHz 2 channels 9 radios total with 2 fair batteries and 4 antennas. All power up and I have been using 2 on ham frequencies. These are programmable and also have a Talk around switch so you could have 2 repeaters and 2 talk around channels. $50.00 for the lot of 8 four watt and 1 two watt radios

Yes it is a working laptop.

Can you list everything it comes with, as well as anything that is WRONG with it please?

Well I had to go get it out of storage and it is a Compac 5000 not 5300. My primary programming laptop is a 5300. It comes as stated in my list. Compac 5000 75 MHz pentium and Power supply to run the computer. No battery is included and has Floppy drive. I think the Hard drive is 850 meg. Other than a few erors when you boot becaues of me deleting so much software off the drive and the time and date wrong from being in storage it works just fine. If anything was wrong with it I would have added it to the listing. If I cut down my radio business I do not need a back up programming computer. That is why I am selling it.

If I purchase something from you and I want to program it to my own radio plan, would you either program it for me, or give me software?

I'm looking for programable VHF, for a good price. Let me know. Again, if you can show me pictures of all of your equipment, especially that of the VHF surplus, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

pictures of everything I do not think so. If you purchase from me and want it programmed I have a shop that will program it for you for $20.00 for the first 16 channels and $1.00 per channel after that each radio you have programmed. I do not do software free or forsale. it is a no no on this site.

I found a couple of more GE Mobilr radios that I am going to sell. I was saving these for my own use but I have yet to use them and I do not know if I will ever get around to the projects I had in mind.

GE MLS II 42 50 split 16 channel scan, I programmed this on 6 meter but it is not tuned in 6 so I can tx but not rx. This radio can be programmed with a laptop not the suitcase programmer. $75.00

GE Phoenix SX VHF 16 channel, In the 151.xxx range now missing front "Phoenix SX" label. Has power cable and mic. $30.00

I also have the small GE rectangular speakers P/N 19c850550g-6 with brackets $5.00 each
