Huron-Perth County Scanner Association

I am interested in setting up a digital radio scanner association in the Huron-Perth County area. The purpose of the group would be to collectively set up an Internet connected feed for local police, fire and ambulance, marine etc. I would like to have this channel broadcasting on the RR feeds so that everyone can have access via their computer, iphone, bb or other smart phone.
