What about the channels used by the IOCC? IE, the existing V-COM channels. I heard they were going to be in the clear, but who knows if that's the case.

It looks like GTAA will be a twelve frequency, three site P25 COR system.

No, it won't be scannable.

It also seems to have gone online in the last little bit - the 800MHz talkgroups they were previously on seem to have gone quiet.

Those frequencies that mciupa posted were licensed in 2004 and are the old 900MHz iDEN Harmony system.

The new system is a 12 channel 800MHz system.

Note, these licenses were only granted on October 16th this year. Previously, these frequencies were licensed in January for testing. They were then de-listed from TAFL in a testing phase and re-added on a full time basis.

I'll work on it. I just put the freq's into my BCD 996XT from exkalibur and I'm getting a control channel on 851.075 sysid= 036D Site 1 and talk group 1 showed up for three seconds.

EDIT: System is in our database now and I'm running Pro96Com to garner some info.

CBSA aren't GTAA people. They're still on the VCOM system.

As if it wasn't confirmed earlier, the WACN/SysID decode into the callsign that those frequencies are licensed to.
