New talkgroup in Brampton LTR system

Hello Database updaters..

I have been listening quite a bit to the City of Brampton LTR system and I have been getting talkgroup:

1-11-039

It seems to fit in with Forestry as I heard them talking about removing the stump....

Can it be added to the database?
