First Portland Rebanded Freq. Heard

Tonight around 21:30 I heard the CW ID WPII464 on 851.75.
851.75/866.75 is OROPS3 (formerly OGTAR1).
This is the first of the forty or fifty 866-869 freqs. in the Portland system I've heard actually on the air in the 851-854 range. What does it mean? Not much. At the rate they are going it will be 2015 before they're done.

Ooops. Just heard WPII464 on 851.0125. That's ICALL, the National Calling channel.

all of the npspac channels are ready to go and are currently patched. (i.e. 851.0125 to 866.0125)

I think your comment about 2015 is right on the mark, though.
