Default Activity on Benton / Linn 700 MHz

I was in Corvallis earlier today and logged 2 TGIDs on the Benton County simulcast. 20051 Eugene Police 1 and I heard a radio check (unknown agency) on 22031.

I haven't checked the database listings, however, the Linn/Benton 700 sites are actually a part of the Lane County system so that's not too unexpected. Do the numbers correspond properly to the Eugene 450 system?

(It's the "Southwest 7 County Interoperable Public Safety Radio Partnership," and includes Benton, Coos, Curry, Douglas, Josephine, Lane and Linn counties; the Oregon 4th Congressional district. It is managed through ODOT.)

Yes, the system ID is the same between the UHF and 700 MHz sites, but the NACs are different.
