Identifying Washington County Cars

Is there a rhyme to identify what areas cars are assigned to by their ID number? Not radio ID, but the 4 digit ID each officer starts their transmission with. 5339 for example.

We have a lot of information in the wiki that pertains to unit IDs
Washington County (OR) - The RadioReference Wiki

But as for "specific" areas assigned...the only public info that I know of is for Washington County SO

Thanks for that info.

In the WIKI it says the 3rd digit is the district 1-7. Where can I get info on where districts 1-7 are?

The map you linked to has 2 digit district numbers.

The wiki is pretty close, could use some editing (which I'll do on a free day). But for the 3rd digit, which usually designates the disctrict there is a little different.
0 ~ Sergeant
1 ~ Corporal
2-8 ~ Designates District

Again, this is for most everything except the admin units (55##).

And also this is for WCSO.
