Over the past few months I have noticed that I am no longer hearing UO Police on their 2 conventional freqs 460.450 and 460.375 on my trips through Eugene. I even have them in my radio as CSQ and I was in Eugene for several hours yesterday and not even a single transmission. It seems kind of odd since the U of O is a very large college and that OSP/OSU Security in Corvallis is very busy all day long.
I see that they have a new license and I did hear an analog morse code ID on one of the 2 freqs but no voice.
WPXV484 (OREGON, STATE OF) FCC Callsign Details
453.6500 - NFM, NXDN 12.5 kHz, and NXDN 6.25 kHz
453.6750 - NFM, NXDN 12.5 kHz, and NXDN 6.25 kHz
I've gone ahead and programmed in the UO LTR trunked system for my trip through Eugene tomorrow so maybe I'll hear something.
Anyone know if UOPD has changed their freqs?
